AC Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown

Huron Valley Electric (HVE) provided electrical services for the AC Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown, a six-story hotel located in the heart of Ann Arbor’s Downtown Main Street District.

Spanning 81,745 square feet, the hotel features 139 guest rooms along with contemporary amenity and gathering spaces designed to complement the character of downtown Ann Arbor. The property includes a sixth-floor lounge and outdoor terrace overlooking the city, as well as a 500-square-foot executive boardroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and an 85-inch mounted display.

Throughout the property, locally inspired photography, abstract murals, and modern finishes reflect Ann Arbor’s connection to academia, creativity, and contemporary design.

HVE’s electrical scope supported the hotel’s guest rooms, common areas, amenity spaces, and building systems.
